Leading directly out to the pool area, our family
room is a wonderful place to relax. With seating for six people,
you can watch one of the many cable TV stations, watch a DVD, play on
the Sony PlayStation 2 or listen to music on the stereo.
Alternatively you may just want to chill out and relax in each others
company, sharing your memories of the day you have just had. |
When you enter our home you come
into the living and dining area.
In front of you are the ‘fall into’ sofas that offer luxurious
comfort for 6 people. A main 3 seater that opens into a very comfy
sofa bed, a love seat for two and a smart armchair give you a perfect
welcome after a long journey or a day at the parks.

There is also the dining area for up to
six people - perfect for those occasions when you want to make the
evening a little more ‘special’. |

The kitchen is a bright, spacious, open
plan area that is a delight to prepare meals in.
Complete with everything from all modern appliances down to all the
silverware you would need, no stone has been left unturned to make this
area of our home as convenient as possible. |

Also in the kitchen area is the delightful
breakfast nook table with four chairs - a great place to start your day! |

The Master Suite is a delight.
The spacious bedroom, equipped with a King-Size bed and color TV, leads
directly out onto the pool area. It’s wonderful being able to wake up
and enjoy the quiet morning beside your own, private pool. |

Going past the walk in closet to the en suite
area you find a garden tub, walk in shower and a double vanity unit. |

The second bedroom offers up a
queen size bed and color TV. |

The
second bath is located between the second and third bedrooms. |

The third bedroom has two twin
beds to offer as well as ample space within the built-in wardrobe. |

Enjoy your morning coffee or tea
on the lanai while getting started on that suntan first thing. Or
dine al fresco with that special someone. |

Fully screened to keep out the bugs and
let in the Florida sun with upgraded pool furniture, you can play, swim
or relax in the water or just chill out in the Spa. |

Being south facing, it makes the most of the
sunshine from the moment it rises till the time it sets. |

Equipped with full size pool and air
hockey tables, the games room is a great place to ‘hang out’ with family
and friends - morning, noon or night! |
