comfortable. You can enjoy the view of the pool and spa through

| The kitchen is very well equipped and should
have everything you need including, Fridge/Freezer with icemaker,
Dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, and all that you will need for
your culinary requirements during your stay. We have a separate
utility room with a washing machine and dryer, iron and board. |

and patio doors to the pool area. |

The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower,
toilet, bath tub, and twin vanity sinks, as well as a large walk in

spacious twin room. Both have ample closet and drawer space. |

There is a second family bathroom which has a
bath with shower over, toilet and twin vanity sinks. There is also
a door from this bathroom leading out to the pool area. There are
hair dryers in both bathrooms. |
| For those who love Pooh and Tiger, this room is
especially for you. Another twin bed room with the charm of the
100 acre wood.

We have a large covered lanai for those who need
a break from the Florida sun. There are also plenty of sun
loungers for sun worshippers like myself. |
| The 30ft pool is perfect for cooling off and
unwinding after a busy day visiting "The Mouse" or
alternatively relax in our spa. |

We have arranged our house so that it may
accommodate wheelchair access by providing sloped entranceway to the
front door as well as a slope from the patio doors in the master
bedroom. |

We are fortunate to have this lovely outlook
from our pool area offering a high degree of privacy. Why not use
our purpose built barbeque and utilize our outdoor dining facilities on
the pool deck. |

We also provide a cot and highchair for those
who are young enough to use them. If you should choose to stay in
our home we hope it will be a very happy experience.
