The great room has plenty of comfortable seating and is equipped with a large screen TV and a games console for your entertainment. A DVD player complete with a selection of movies is also available for you to enjoy. The lanai and pool areas can be accessed directly from the great room via the patio doors.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with a range of modern appliances including a microwave, range, fridge with icemaker and sink with waste disposal unit.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast nook, which can seat 4 people in comfort.

The first master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a 19” TV.

The first master bathroom has a walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, garden tub and walk-in closet. The pool can be accessed directly.

The second master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a 19” TV.

The third bathroom is en-suite to the third bedroom and is equipped with a vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

The fourth and fifth bedrooms are both equipped with twin single beds, 15” TV’s and walk-in closets.

The fourth bathroom is situated between the fourth and fifth bedrooms and is equipped with a vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

Furnished with equipment of the highest quality the games room consists of an 8ft, slate-bed pool table, an electronic darts board and an 8ft air-hockey table with computer display and sound effects.

Our beautifully designed, larger than average, screened 30’ x 15’ pool is between 3ft and 5ft deep and can be heated if required (additional cost). The deck area is also much larger than the average home and the pool is accessible from all sides. There is plenty of room on the deck to either pick your spot in the sun, or if you prefer in the shade. Adjacent to the pool is a park style BBQ.

Perfect for relaxing after a hard day, our spa, which can be heated (additional cost) easily seats six.
