The large, airy Great room has a cathedral ceiling and offers plenty of comfortable seating.  It is equipped with cable TV and a combo DVD/Video player.  There is a remote ceiling fan, which is operated from the remote control on the wall.  French doors open onto the lanai and pool area.

The lovely formal dining area seats 6 comfortably.

Our well-equipped kitchen includes a cooking range, fridge freezer with an icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and ample cutlery and crockery.  There is also a waste disposal unit. Opposite the kitchen is the laundry room, which is equipped with a top-loading automatic washing machine and a tumble drier.  An ironing board and steam iron are also stored in this room.

Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast nook containing a table and chairs for informal meals.  There is also a wall-mounted phone in this area.

The lovely master suite has a king sized bed, ceiling fan and is equipped with a cable TV/DVD combo.

The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle, garden tub, twin vanity sinks with large mirror, walk-in closet equipped with a floor safe, a linen cupboard and separate toilet.  The bathroom has direct access to the pool area.

The 2^nd Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a large closet, ceiling fan and is equipped with a cable TV/DVD combo.

The en suite to the 3^rd bedroom has a shower tub, vanity unit with large mirror over and toilet.

The 4^th bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan and a large closet.  It is equipped with a cable TV/DVD combo.

The twin bedrooms share a bathroom, which has a shower tub, vanity unit with large mirror over and toilet.

The 5^th Bedroom also has twin beds, ceiling fan and a large closet.  It is equipped with a cable TV/Video combo.

Outside is a covered lanai area with a table and chairs, allowing for outdoor eating.  There is also a Park style barbeque situated just outside the screened area, in the garden.
