Our home is located within a highly regarded quiet residential estate, close to local amenities and within a 15 minute drive of the Disney Parks.

We offer you a 32' x 14' screened pool with free solar heating for play or relaxing after a hectic day visiting the areas numerous attractions and fantastic shops. For the golfers among you we are surrounded by many fine golf courses and have numerous State Parks and Recreation areas.

We have taken much care in our choice of decor, fabrics, interior plants, artwork, bric-a-brac and the like to emphasize the many special design features our home has to offer and to ensure that our guests experience the true feeling of Florida style living at its best.

The Family Room
 A spacious lounge with large sliding doors leading
to the pool. It has volume ceilings with
paddle-fan and large comfortable
sofas including a queen sleeper.
Master Bedroom
 The Master Suite, which also has direct access
to the pool deck, comprises a spacious bedroom
with a King-sized bed (with memory foam
mattress topper for your comfort).
Ample drawer space. Hair Dryer.
Pool
 The private 32' x 14' screened pool with
free solar heating has spray water feature
and underwater lighting. It has the benefit of
spacious sun-deck areas.

Kitchen
 The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a full
range of up-grade maple cabinets, a side-by-side
fridge/freezer with water and ice maker, ceramic hob
cooker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher
and double bowl sink with integral waste disposal
unit, all of which are color coordinated. Many other
items include toaster, coffee maker, food mixer and
large range of cooking utensils and serving ware
are included. Ceramic tile floor.
 
Master En-Suite Bath
 A luxury fitted en-suite bathroom with
fitted closet, large corner bath, separate walk-in
shower with glazed screen, separate his and
hers vanity units each with "Hollywood Lights" over
full width mirrors.  There is also a separate WC.
Ceramic tile flooring throughout.

 

 
Third Bedroom
 This bedroom has two pillow top twin beds
and is perfect for anyone. TV






 

Breakfast Nook
 Adjoining the Kitchen is the breakfast nook which
has a large window over looking the pool. There is
a laundry room with a washer and dryer too. The
Kitchen, Nook and Laundry room all have ceramic
tile floor coverings.
 
Second Bedroom
This bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with TV.




 
Fourth Bedroom
 This room has two twin beds. TV.
Overlooks the pool.




 

Formal Dining
 The formal Dining Room is defined by classical
columns and arches with feature plant ledge above.
Formal seating for six.
High chair for our youngest guest.


 
Second Bathroom
 This second bathroom has direct access to the
pool.  It is equipped with a single vanity unit,
WC., bath with shower over a ceramic tile floor.

 
Lanai
 Extra arge covered lanai with table and chairs
for alfresco meals. Two paddle fans.
Four padded poolside sun loungers.
